Awesome! It’s currently 3x slower than GL on my machine and the UI draws as weird yellow and white outlines, but I’m sure there’s much low hanging fruit. I’m pretty sure the reported GPU timings are not accurate. Look in the Metal debugger instead. I use MTLSharedEvent to approximate GPU timer queries, which are otherwise only available on iOS :\
