Does font-kit on wasm give access to the browser's system fonts?

No…I don’t think there’s a way to access the raw otf data, is there?

Not that I know of! So what’s a use for font-kit on wasm?

Well, the user would supply a set of .otf/.woff font files manually for Pathfinder to use. Then font-kit would maintain that in-memory virtual font database and wrap FreeType to parse them.

(This code already exists in font-kit—see the “memory” source.)
