I wanna know too. This code seems to be consistently doing all the things it seems to be wanting to do.
That's why I like the #[rustfmt::skip] attribute a lot. Get the advantages of automatic code formatting, but keep the freedom to disable it sometimes.
Is there no way to disable rustfmt for some section of code? E.g. clang-format looks for "// clang-format off" and "// clang-format on" to not format code between those two comments.
