Protip: unless you're fixing a typo in docs, advertising that your GitHub PR is a low-risk fix because it's a "one-line change" doesn't advertise what you thought it does. It instead advertises that it doesn't update tests. (otherwise it'd be at least two lines)

I appreciate Go's strong opinions so much for this reason, the compiler yelled at me yesterday for creating a variable named "landmarksJson" reminding me that it should be "landmarksJSON"

That wasn't the compiler. That was probably some lint tool. The community has several.
