There is no way you can have different gun laws in different counties in the state of Florida. Would be mass confusion. Something like this will not happen at least for a very very long time.

Very cool. It always interests me that advocates for less government interference are advocates for less government interference until it comes down to federal government effecting local government on their issues!

Judge Dodson wisely decided to allow more democracy rather than less. Local elected officials are on the front lines of our representative democratic government. Therefore, they're the first to be held accountable for laws that don't reflect the will of the people. Good decision!
