Rees-Mogg says Commons proceedings are an "essential part of our country functioning" and "therefore we cannot do our jobs properly from home". He adds: "MPs work is absolutely essential and indeed..we cannot do it from home"

Very interesting that Conservative MP Kate Griffiths points out that many MPs have childcare problems because of the pandemic (eg grandparents can't do it) + ought to continue remote working. Rees-Mogg says only “Parliament is most effective when it meets physically. ”

He has a fair point, Bozo's ineptitude is exposed for all to see when he has no flocks of zealots baying behind him os screaming over opposition MPs questions. This format should remain for PMQ's. It almost makes Westminster look civilised.
