NEW: A Minister of State is going to announce he is quitting in the next 15 minutes, I'm told.
A former Remainer, he's furious at May's Brexit deal.
Is this the start of a series of rolling resignations, starting today and continuing over the next few days?

Why does he say the result of the referendum was decisive? It was a narrow victory. Farage said that result in the other direction would be "unfinished business". We know there were lies made in the referendum, and funding irregularities.

I totally agree. This agreement is a betrayal of the British People. Non body likes it, and it will probably go down in history as the biggest government mistake since the Iraqi War.

Not a good letter. It reads like a whinge from someone who hasn't understood the reality of the position the referendum put us in.

He's had two years at the heart of govt to come up with a solution that prevents a hard border AND respects eco/ constituional integrity. If an NI minister can't do it either he's failed in his job or it can't be done.
