Lots of applause for ex head of Labour's compliance unit @jstolliday at his leaving do tonight, particularly as he dared to say what some MPs think privately. Here's key extracts:pic.twitter.com/Y7Ks4Lxf6G

I'm sorry but what a load of rubbish. The right of the party took over in the 90s and the left was marginalised until 2015. There was no delicate balance to that.

They think privately because their views were shown to be nonsense between 2015 and 2017.

The Labour party arose from the unions that founded it and the forerunner of the RMT was part of that history. The RMT is not currently affiliated to Labour and arses like @jstolliday are why they left. His is a one eyed view from a time the party became unbalanced. Good riddance

I was raised & still live in a @UKLabour town in North West and everyone I know of my generation would rather have Blair and New Labour over this current regime. We should be 30 points clear in polls against this shower!

Another bitter Blairite crying into their G&T because they don't run the shop anymore. No-ones fault but theirs. The egomaniac they followed left nothing behind him bar a country subordinate to the banks and bodybags flown back from Iraq.
