Great point well made. Easy to slap a slogan on a placard and demand instant action from someone else; more difficult to make personal changes which impact us. Press for disinvestment sure but whilst you continue to consume then where’s the real impact?

The oil companies are already investing heavily in green energy. They have the capital to make the tech breakthroughs needed. If we want zero carbon we need them.
