We were all glued to the TV for a week. We beeped and waved when driving by fire stations. We smiled and thanked police officers. We prayed in our churches. -
I also remember the cringe-worthy "Hey, Saddam!" American eagle t-shirts showing our national bird giving someone the finger. Super classy.
