    Congratulations Toby, glad to hear you are better!

    thanks to the PHD my CFS seems to be no longer chronic. I am able to exercise again, and the weekends are no longer spent asleep. I get stronger every week and can’t express how grateful I feel. It truly works. Thanks for all your efforts.
