I don’t think that’s the main reason. Not sure, but I like to think developed countries believe NO ONE should take someone else’s life.

I agree. But both systems try to save lives (and kill some innocent people by mistake). The difference is performance, not ethical.

If killing 1 innocent = bad system, then autonomous cars are bad systems. I disagree with that.
