One thing young people don't pay enough attention to when deciding what to work on is how you win in each type of job.
All other things being equal, most people will be happier working where you win by doing good work.

To me this suggests - work at a large org because startups are often cruelly unjust, good work often does not cause win

in a org where people are shielded from the market such a situation can be created artificially
