No its not time, not yet. Securing funding doesn't make it a good product. Heap = bad user exp. My experiences are only on iOS.

They are caching useless data inside the app and increasing the size of your app by 500MBs for no good reason.

Even deleting heap didn't help, I had to update my app and manually check for the cached files and delete them.

Trial doesn't allow you to actually look at any of your data if you pass their session limit. You are just locked out with a paywall.

User-focused analytics aren't quite a replacement for Google Analytics, but I love Heap & we use it heavily at Klaviyo.
