Or you can open everything in incognito windows. 10 articles per window.

Then you get ads though. Adblock doesn't work on incognito windows.

Yes. Also using Instapaper for ad avoidance. (Can't save pages directly from incognito, but it works from most "free limit reached" pages)

I expend disproportionate, unhealthy effort to avoid ads. (Blockers, payment for ad-less Hulu, avoiding sports, video w/ pre-roll ads, etc.)
