Then you get ads though. Adblock doesn't work on incognito windows.

Yes. Also using Instapaper for ad avoidance. (Can't save pages directly from incognito, but it works from most "free limit reached" pages)

You could also just suck it up and see the ad.

I expend disproportionate, unhealthy effort to avoid ads. (Blockers, payment for ad-less Hulu, avoiding sports, video w/ pre-roll ads, etc.)

Me too. I can't bear them. I'd rather not watch/read whatever it is than endure ads.
