(I can't remember who suggested this this) Blocking at least 2 people a day has made my Twitter experience much better.

I use Mute as a temporary measure. Block is for trolls I happen to come across (I also hope it sends a stronger signal to Twitter)

Malice is my test. Mere stupidity I mute. But if someone is malicious or dishonest I'll block them.
