The same thing I said to Airbnb: go talk to your users! If you're losing business to Airbnb, find some users and ask them why.

There might also be room for innovation. What could hotels begin to offer that Airbnb hosts couldn't?

If I could find hotel rooms with two bedrooms and a kitchen, I probably wouldn't bother with Airbnb again. Hotels don't work for kids.

Regulation to protect hosts and to protect tenants and neighborhoods that are unsustainably being gentrified because of Airbnb listings.
