    Intellectually corrupt disciplines are also easy majors. And that combination is dangerous to a university as a whole.

        While there's truth in that, I doubt it would be easy to come up with an objective list of 'intellectually corrupt disciplines'.

        That's possible. But folk also drop out of tough courses - pure maths, for example. It would be interesting to see figures.
