My grandfather was sent to a military boarding school for being repeatedly caught illicitly reading at night. Better times now.
My 8 yo son now stays up late semi-illicitly reading in bed, like I used to do. One of the great rites of passage.

My 8 year old son too. Part of me feels like I need to put the brakes on a little so he gets sleep but I just can't do it.
