How about subscription-based ad suppression? Shares revenue w/ visited sites & incentivizes compliance. Few bucks a month & no ads.

Most "AdBlock detection" is done client-site (i.e. with JavaScript *after* page loads). Why not block the detection code itself?

Though detecting whether a piece of code is for AdBlock detection is quite hard (likely Halting Problem hard).
