I've been working the last 2 days without internet access. Much calmer. Feel like I've started to resonate at a natural, lower frequency.
I recognize this as my natural resonant frequency because I remember before the internet. Odd to think someone under 30 might not.

I would say becareful not to underestimate the importance of the high frequency. There are much more pressing things than comfort now
