My question to be honest -- is it the justice system that's at fault more than the dealth penalty itself in your opinion?
In practice that is the issue. Giving some of these prosecutors the death penalty is like giving weapons to six year olds.

that's what I was curious about. Almost like we need "beyond any doubt" rather than "beyond a reasonable doubt" for death penalty.
