The Moments tab is Twitter's most conspicuous antifeature, but retweet with comment is the one most dangerous to the company.
One thing I've learned from forums is that comments on things are usually worse than the things themselves.

Not always. Occasionally a forum thread on an article is better than the article. But that's rare.

And the rule applies within the forums too: on average, the more deeply nested the comment, the worse it is.
