@paulg You're right, but he rejected the lesser plea that he *was* guilty of. Instead, tried to argue he was blameless & the plan backfired. -
@NinjaEconomics@paulg overcharging someone to force plea is wrong, every defendant has right to trial, shouldn't be over penalized for it.
