@paulg if it is a early stage startup (funded, good team, exciting domain, etc) then one dnt have enf data on growth rate. What to do thn?
@goyalarpit09 No growth rate = they haven't launched. Hiring before launching is usually (though not always) a bad sign.

@paulg [1/2] actually they have launched a few months back. Merchants & consumers r using their app. Have 1000+ users and 10+ merchants. -
@paulg [2/2] Now they plan 2 go all out in acquiring more merchants & users clients in one city and then expand it to other cities.
