@paulg it's not clear if they considered the fact that people who cannot run (or lack motivation) are more likely to be in poor health. -
@dbasch yeah I'd chalk this one up to selection bias in that people who run tend to be healthier and to run for more than 5min -
@arrdem but also, there is a huge difference between the group of people who can run for even a minute and those who can't run at all. -
@dbasch Right. My folks and some friends in the area physically can't run at all, my point was that the 5min is arbitrary. it's run vs don't
