@paulg Yep. Sad. Avg patent case will run you $1M in legal fees. A lot of that due to terribly inefficient lawyer workflows & e-discovery.

@paulg @bwertz They even know where the troll friendly courts are, e.g. like the Eastern District of Texas. No solution in sight yet.

@paulg @bwertz The lawmakers clearly know this is a problem and costing a hell lot of money but attempt to change the law in senate failed.

@paulg Not agreeing with it, but the trolls have spent the cash acquiring IP assets.
