I retired in 2014, so I don't know what their plans are in any detail, but I think that number reflects the overall number of such startups.
That may be true but it's not good enough - YC is in a unique position to enable change on an important topic and remove traditional biases about who builds companies and has access to capital. How are they looking to increase diverse applications?
Yep totally fair. It’s run by tons of super smart people so I’m sure they have some great ideas!
