I want to know the long term effects.
People who are healthy but refuse to be vaccinated either (a) understand that other people being vaccinated decreases the prevalence of the disease, or (b) don't. Either way the adjectives are not good.

If people were healthy, we wouldn’t have to shutdown for more than 6 months and it wouldn’t have been a huge issue.

Not sure I agree -- IQ tests try to test your innate ability to learn. Many did not have the benefit of a high quality biology education in grade school. However, many of these individuals have then gone on to form strong opinions about the disease and vaccine. This is ignorance.
