When HP published that booklet, they were about the same age Google is now, but Google seems world-weary by comparison. No company of the same age dares to be so optimistic now. 1964 HP is schooling us.

Interesting that that's on the hp dot com domain. The test equipment division was spun off as Agilent, and later Keysight. As an engineer I consider Keysight to be carrying the 'true' HP legacy.
