I agree Bezos would be greedy if he kept all this money and never donated any of it to charities. But that's not what the politicians are saying. They're saying it's greedy even to have made it. And if so, he definitely compounded his sins by starting AWS.

I think the issue is he uses all of the public services available but does not pay any taxes, he rack up billions and then denies employees the right to unionize to demand a better work environment. Its not illegal but its immoral. other than that there is nothing wrong.
