Why does anyone pay full price to attend low-ranked private colleges?

So what we are saying is you need rich parents and some low ranked college to fully explore your party scene. This is what I thought for so many years. But I am middle class
Both of those things help, but I think natural aptitude matters more.

I don't see natural aptitude people generally enjoy partying as much as they enjoy solving problems You can never throw away your own money in partying "crazily". It has to be earned by someone else most probably "your folks" for you to spend that money like you don't care.
