FWIW this question isn't equivalent to asking which is the best investment because of the requirement to invest all one's net worth. That means a rational person would choose safer options.
If you kept the restriction to investing in a single company but let people choose the amount, that would yield their guess about the best reward/risk ratio available among private companies.
