I guarantee, we will have at least a third women among the 15 founders before I am 60. An interesting thought experiment is to imagine how good a husband must be to be listed as spouse. (Just in case he is not as founder on the list.)

I assume, one has to spend 95% of their awake time working to get to that level. From my observation that level of crazy is far less regular with women
