Something I explained to my 12 yo son: Any idea that hasn't been implemented yet is probably at least somewhat mistaken. That's one reason, though not the main one, that there is no market for ideas.

It can also be a good startup idea that is already proven but not yet scaled to $1B+, with a different take on it.

The best way to find such startups would be to think about a lot of things independently from scratch. Not reading any explanations beforehand would serve well.

And what you said earlier, a good idea is always a collection of multiple ideas. Basically it is a vision of where you want the future to go. People can take ideas, but a vision is burned into ones heart and it will be executed one way or another.

And how many good ideas die because people can't imagine building and financing a startup around them? We must create an idea market because waiting for an idea strike the right founder in the right position prevents society from benefiting from 99.9999999% of ideas.

Ideas never come fully formed anyway. You have to DO to discover what it is first. Then learn to tweak it etc. All at an immense personal cost.
