Would you invest in a company at an unknown valuation?
I would invest on an uncapped SAFE, which = investing at the valuation of the next round, whatever that happens to be. But that's a very specific kind of unknown.

Imaging the company would have to be a mind blower of an idea. Why would you invest money without knowing what that would buy you? Just seems like a terrible way to invest.

I am still not sure if I understood why investors do uncapped SAFE with no discount. Between early stage rounds more than 30% of the companies fails. So a cap or a 30% discount look rational. Or are you accepting to pay a little more to make sure to be in?
