        Just depends on which households... 150,000 HH's represent ~50% of all California tax revenues. SF has much higher wealth concentration.         A lot of homes and tiny apartments in SF were packed with tech workers. No reason to pay thousands of dollars a month to share a home with several different people if you can work remotely. Closing all of the fun things and releasing criminals also probably had an impact.
