The two things British people just cannot believe about the US when I tell them. 1. In most places there is no distinction between agricultural and building land. Ordinarily, if you have land, you can build on it. 2. Active shooter drills.

Not for TV but for being able to watch/record live broadcast. I think that's how PBS is funded but not sure.

I am not sure how you look at it...But when that distinction comes into play you open a lot of doors for scams and frauds and corruption...Sharing it with you since I have lived through one!!
