I genuinely wish software engineering supply goes up 100x. It’s senselessly gated. I moved from Bangalore to Bay Area, and my salary became 20x. I was the same engineer. It’s just better opportunity, but it needed the MS credential and Visa.

This is one of the best things I have read. Hands down. I moved to Southern California at 18 years old from MA. My uncle got me a Job at Northrop Grumman IT. I made a great mistake while working there. I attended the most costly for profit fraud school called " ITT Tech.

It buried me in debt for 10 years. Luckily my loans were private but still owe some Federal Dollars. The system so wrong. I have been lucky to work for other Fortune 5OO companies. However after it all. At 40 years old. I'm a skilled electrician. Blue Collar hard worker.
