It was a very useful exercise for me to have to write these emails. Having to explain every startup to other people ensured that I understood what every startup was doing, at least at this level of resolution.

A couple of great lessons for founders here: - Identify an unexplored-problem with large impact potential - Understand the key flaws of the status quo, and how they came to be - Apply new approaches to make it faster, easier, and/or cheaper
