I guess I just lose steam? It used to feel a lot easier. I think I'm pickier now too.

Here's a trick that may work. Have a friend read one, and then ask you what you have left to say that you haven't said. You'll then have a conversation in which you say it. Write that down, and you have a draft of the rest.

It's dumb, but often I'll start writing about an idea that seems novel or interesting (to me), and by the time I'm written and dissected it for 3-4 hours, it seems too obvious to be worth blogging about. (and I know the solution is to get out of my own head, but that's hard)
