True, but there will be a lot of movement driven by e.g. CEOs for whom both taxes and the general anti-business climate of SF are an issue.

my general impression is that there is two stages of wealthy, wealthy enough that you really care about taxes, and then so wealthy that taxes are meaningless even if they are massive. So SF departure is for the mearly successful?
