That's something they watch closely, and the data is encouraging so far, but it's intrinsically hard to predict giant outliers.

Interesting! Instagram and Reddit look distinctly different than the rest with slow but consistent growth. Wonder why that is.

Regardless of “hitrate” (we’ll only know in 10 years), the more darts you throw, the higher the odds of hitting the bullseye.... Probably one Airbnb in every 1.000 is more than enough for YC to pay for everything else.
