Change requires: DVB; Dissatisfaction, Vision, Build(ing). Most people remain stuck at the stage of expressing Dissatisfaction, it provides a temporary visceral release, like a pain-relief pill. Fewer people have the Vision. Builders are the rarest of all and the most valuable.

Perhaps the only work were it's *easier* to build than to critique is economic forecasting models It's challenging to critique something so seemingly intellectual, elegant and quantitative It's easy to build, given the boundless data at our disposal, and user-easy software
