Sotheby's still refer to owners as "property of a Lady, Gentleman", this one is "Nobleman". I was just wondering what they do in the days of more declared ambiguous orientation. Twitter check: No insults please, it is merely a query, not an opportunity to be unpleasant.

I think if a nobleman renounced his title, they'd have no problem respecting his preferences and merely calling him a "gentleman."
