Before Twitter, people used to send angry messages called "hate mail" to (usually) famous people they were mad at. Now when they get mad at someone, they send messages to all their friends.

and post about it all over facebook and or social media.. and really some of it is popcorn worthy while more of it just makes you tilt your head to the side with a lifted eyebrow like "wtf is wrong with you?"

Haha that's hilarious, but also if you're harassing a celebrity then the social media platform just bans you. It's a new form of information classism, ok that was too insightful. :P

Technological advances are amazing. Seems like it was only a few years ago that if you wanted to slander famous people publicly you had to get out and drive to a hardware store to get wood for a sign and an office store to get Sharpies and waste half a day.

Broke: sending angry messages to someone. Bespoke: sending angry messages to one of your friends who also hates them. Woke: sending angry messages to someone's employer.
