I remember his talk at Startup School. He was so focused on treating people as human beings, both customers and employees. It was inspiring.

Read about Tony Hsieh in "The Third Door" book by Alex Banyan and also read his "Delivering Happiness" book. Such a wonderful guy - both as a human being and as a boss to work with. He did deliver happiness to everyone around him, and he's leaving back a rich legacy.
