We'll probably never know the answer, but it would be interesting to know how narrow lockdowns could be made and still work. Would it suffice just to close pubs and restaurants? Would it suffice just to ban the serving of alcoholic drinks?

The contacts were traced and a likely infection site was identified. So per experience. I'm not aware of a "per minute" stats and it's unlikely that it can be obtained other than by dividing by the average stay.

That makes sense. If infection is a function of exposure, and each person is either carrying or not, increasing the probability of exposure by the churn of novel potential infection carriers (ie. New People) going in and out would increase infection rate.. right?

By the same token there is less churn in the pub so fewer chances to spread. Conversely, one of the main spread vectors in midtown atlanta have been high rise elevators. Low amount of overall time, but high churn in a small confined space with everyone touching the same things.
