The Right owns the courts and you are complaining about Twitter? Mitch will grant a lifetime judicial appointment to ANYONE who is both “originalist” AND can fog a mirror. On other qualifications he’s quite flexible. He’s literally doing this right now.

I have educated friends that think moderate/right beliefs are sheep’s clothing for white supremacy. Those institutions might certify silencing someone but it happens at the personal level too. People silence themselves to avoid being ostracized.

"Universities, Twitter mobs, and the press..." LOL. Last I checked, BYU was different from Vassar, and Manchester Union Leader is diff from NY Times. And I've seen plenty of pro-prez* "Twitter mobs" with many no-name/no-place/no-face accounts with curiously bad English.
